  National FFA Week

Thursday - Drive Tractor to School Day & Red vs Green Day & Reading Relay

* Mrs. Donald’s 4th & 6th hr classes report to study hall & EA goes to Miss Sanchez’s Rm

9th & 10th grade science students will leave @ 8:00 AM for a field trip today to the U of I Science Dept. with Mr. Lyle and will return approx. 3:00 PM.

FFA Members will have the elementary Reading Relay from 8:00-8:30 AM

* Tractor Parade during EA (12:54-1:09)

* Tractor drivers are dismissed @ 3:30 to move tractors from elementary circle drive

The JH (G) wrestling meet is @ HLV (Victor) today @ 4:30 PM.  Wrestlers are dismissed @ 2:40 to leave with Mr. Weeks @ 2:45 PM.

Play cast members:  Play rehearsal today will be right after school.

Reminder:  No school on Friday.

EagleRock! will compete Saturday @ Central Lee, Donnellson at noon.  The bus will leave @ 8:45 AM.

          The Speech Awards Potluck will be Sunday, Mar. 1st in the cafeteria starting @ 5:00 PM.  An email went out to parents with a Sign Up Genius form link to sign up for food.

Students in Gr. 10-12 interested in “COR”:  Registration forms are at the office if you are interested in attending.  The deadline to register is SUNDAY.  “COR” will be held Friday, March 27 (7:30 PM) thru Sun., March 29 (3:00 PM)

HS (B & G) Golf Meeting:  Monday @ 12:45 PM in the auditorium w/Coach Hill.

HS track practice will begin Monday right after school w/Coach Stout.

HS S/K Soccer Meeting:  Tuesday from 12:45-1:10 PM in the auditorium with Coach Schneider.

Student Council Meeting:  Tuesday @ 12:45 in the Zoom Rm w/Mrs. Donald.

JH Track Meeting:  Tuesday @ 12:45 PM in the HS gym with Coach Ebert.

SENIORS:  The Keota Education Foundation Scholarship must be completed, signed, & turned in to Mrs. Donald no later than next Thurs., March 5 by 3:45 PM.  No late applications will be accepted.

          The KCSD Food Service Dept. is having a “Choc. Chips or Sugar Cookie Fundraiser”.  Cost is $15/dozen.  Orders & money with checks payable to the “Keota Nutrition Fund” must be turned in by Thursday, March 5th.

          Cookie pick-up is:  Fri., March 13 from Noon-1:00 PM at the school cafeteria
