Wednesday - Seniors:  Graduation Practice - HS Gym - 9:00 AM

Wednesday - KCSD Community Public Meeting - RE: Facility Needs - Audit. - 5:30 PM

Thursday - Sophomores & Juniors:  Meeting w/E. McGuire - EA - Audit.

Thursday - 6th Grade Orientation @ HS - 1:15 PM

Thursday - District Track @ Sigourney - 4:00 PM

Friday - NO SCHOOL

Friday - (G) Regional Golf - TBA

Friday - S/K Soccer in Sig. vs Hillcrest Academy - 5:00 PM

The JH SICL track meet is @ Iowa Valley (Marengo) today @ 4:00 PM.  Team members are dismissed after 6th hour with the bus leaving @ 2:15 PM.

National Honor Society members will meet today with Mrs. Conrad during eagle advisory.

SENIORS:

A) TODAY- 

* all work completed and into teachers for grading purposes

* 8th hour - report to Mrs. Hemsley’s Rm (403) to check in your school issued computer,

charger, & computer case

B) Wednesday - 

* 9:00 AM - HS Gym - Graduation practice & Elem. Walk-through (caps & gowns)

* Locker clean-out & inspection, Senior Cookout, & Senior Checkout Sheets/Graduate Data Forms completed &

turned into the office

* All lunch account, fees, fines paid at the office & library books returned

* School issued uniforms or equipment turned in to coaches

C) Sunday -

* Commencement - HS Gym - 1:00 PM

* Seniors - Report to Elem. Library no later than 12:15 PM with cap, gown, & tassel

* Senior Class Picture taken @ 12:30 PM

Graduation rehearsal will be Wednesday morning starting @ 9:00 AM in the HS gym.

This also includes the JH & HS Band members, ushers (Emily Conger & Ayden Galindo) & program attendants (Jaylah Redlinger & Jack Greiner).

There will be a community meeting Wednesday @ 5:30 PM in the auditorium to preview upcoming Keota Community School District “facility needs” which is open to the public.

Sophomores & Juniors:  You will have a meeting Thursday during eagle advisory with Erin McGuire regarding fundraising during the Keota Fun Days.

 If anyone has photos you would like to share for the yearbook please email them to Ms. Vest at [email protected]. This could be sports, clubs, field trips, academics, Prom activities and more. It would be helpful to put "Yearbook" of "(Specific event/activity)" in the subject line. 

The Keota Fun Days committee is looking for volunteers to help with the “kids events” at  Fun Days on June 13th from 1:00-3:00 PM.  This would be a great way to earn silver cord hours & upcoming 9th graders can start earning hours after June 1st.  Contact Cienna Crawford if you are interested @ 319-330-5809 or email to [email protected]

The Keokuk County Extension Office is offering fun, hands-on Summer Day Camps for local youth. Volunteer hours are provided for all events, making it a great way to give back and earn a lot of Silver Cord hours.
