* STUDENTS:  Stop at the office before school to pick up your class schedule and to

Mrs. Hemsley’s Rm (403) to get your chromebook if you did not get them at “Back to School Night”

During the school year:

A)  All lunch money should be turned into the office in the mornings before 8:30 AM.  Also, if you have your registration payment for this year, please turn it into the office at this time.

B)  You are only allowed to purchase extra ala carte items at lunch if there is money in your account.

C)  Your student ID/lunch account # is the 5-digit student ID number that is on your class schedule under your name.  You will enter this number into the keypad when you come through the lunch line.  It is the same number you had last year as your student ID/Lunch number will not change.

D)  Students should use the hallway going past the JH gym when going to or from lunch and PE classes.

 Mrs. Rosewall will meet with all students today. Report to class for attendance and then report to the auditorium at the following times:   8:10 AM - 7th & 8th graders, 9:00 AM - 9th & 10th graders,  10:45 AM - 11th & 12th graders, and 11:00 with students attending the IHCC or Kirkwood Academy.

High school S/K Football players must report to Eagle Advisory for attendance and then you are excused to leave for  Sigourney for practices this fall.

The Keota Eagle Volleyball Tournament is today starting @ 4:30 PM.  Players are to check in to Eagle Advisory for attendance and then you may report to the gym/locker room to get ready for the tournament.

Students will have until MONDAY by 3:00 PM to ADD or DROP a class.  Students must talk to Mrs. Donald for any changes.  We ask that you check your schedules to make sure you are carrying the minimum of 6.5 credit hours for the semester and that college & academy courses are listed on your schedule.

Students in grades 7-12 interested in joining FFA: Pick up a membership form from Mr. Jamison in the ag room. Membership forms and dues should be turned in at the first FFA meeting which will be announced at a later date.

Keota students interested in purchasing a “Student Athletic Activity Pass” for $50.00 may do so at the office before Thurs., Sept.3rd. 

This pass will admit you into all Keota SICL home Jr. High, JV & Varsity volleyball, basketball, softball & baseball games and JH football games for the 2026-27 school year.  THIS PASS WILL NOT ADMIT YOU INTO THE JV & VARSITY FOOTBALL GAMES AS THOSE ARE DISTRICT LEVEL GAMES.
