Keota Community School District is excited to welcome families for the 2026-2027 school year! PowerSchool Enrollment Express is now live and available for all returning and new student registrations.
What is PowerSchool Enrollment Express?
PowerSchool Enrollment Express is an online registration system that allows families to register new students, complete the annual registration process for returning students, and update important student information throughout the school year whenever changes occur.
How Does It Work?
PowerSchool Enrollment Express is integrated directly into the PowerSchool Parent Portal, making it easy to review and update your child's information online. Parents and guardians can securely complete all required registration forms, verify contact information, review permissions, and submit updates directly into the district's student information system.
How to Register
- Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
- Select the Forms tab located on the left side of the screen.
- Complete the required registration forms for your child(ren):
- Returning students: Complete Forms 3–8.
- New students: Complete Forms 1–8.
- Review your information carefully and submit each form when finished.

- If you need help accessing your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please refer to the PowerSchool Parent Password Reset Instructions.
- For assistance completing the online registration process, please review the PowerSchool Enrollment Express Help Document or contact your child's school office.
Complete Your Registration
After submitting your child's online registration through PowerSchool Enrollment Express, please complete the following additional steps:
- Visit RevTrak to pay your child(ren)'s registration and book rental fees.
- Visit Meal Magic to add funds to your child(ren)'s school lunch account(s).
